Description
The Monitor, circa 1900, is constructed of solid quarter-sawn oak with beautiful ornate details on the drawer front and sides. The cash drawer is activated by inserting a metal tab of the correct denomination of sale. A bell rang and the register stored the used tags so the propeitor could add up the face value of the tags. The Monitor is quite uncommon and less than a dozen are known to exist. The cash drawer measures 9" tall by 13" wide by 14" deep and is in exceptional excellent original condition. An exceptional value for the discriminating collector
