Pat'd Feb 13 1894, serial # 43123
The knob at the end of the barrel adjusts the dollar value per weight
The barrel has been restored in a burgundy automotive paint finish detaile in pink pinstripping
The metal work has been chrome plated
Measures 12" wide by 9" tall by 8.5" deep
