Columbus model "MB" Pistachio Nickel Dispenser Rare Globe, circa 1930, made by the Columbus Vending Company of Columbus, Ohio.
A nickel coin operated pistachio dispenser with a flexor bar dispenser to accomodate pistachios with the shell.
An exceptional rare original glass globe which is flawless
An an extended mid section to properly dispense the shelled pistachios.
The unique feature of this dispenser is that the body is aluminum vice the typical cast iron body
The aluminum body has been professionally polished to give an appearance of a chrome finish
Has original Columbus barrel locks that has also been highly polished for a silver finish
The unit measures 14.5" tall by 8" in diameter and weighs approximately 10 pounds empty.
